Check-in & Check-out Process

• Check-in from 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm
• Check-out at 12:00 pm
• Counter & Front Desk operation from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm

Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation (Full Refund): 7 days BEFORE check-in date.
• First Night Penalty: For cancellation made within 7 days BEFORE check-in date.

*All cancellations & refunds are subjected to a processing fee of MYR 10.00 + 5% Bank or Payment Gateway Charges.

**Any booking modification request is strictly subject to the cancellation policy, and/or approval from the Property, and/or the availability of the room. This may be subject to a modification fee, if any.

Restrictions

• To ensure the comfort of all our guests and the surrounding area, loud music, parties or behaviour that disturbs other guests are not permitted. Accordingly, no loud voice after 10:00 pm
• Strictly no pets are allowed
• Strictly no durian or dragon fruit is allowed to be brought in from outside and consumed in the Hotel’s public area or guestroom.
• Strictly no eating on the bed or playground equipment
• Guest MUST WEAR socks within hotel and playground equipment area
• The Hotel respectfully requests that guests do not smoke in designated non-smoking rooms/ areas. If any of the above incidents are found, a cleaning fee of RM500 will be charged.
