Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation (Full Refund): 7 days BEFORE check-in date.
First Night Penalty: For cancellation made within 7 days BEFORE check-in date.

*All cancellations & refunds are subjected to a processing fee of MYR 10.00 + 5% Bank or Payment Gateway Charges.

**Any booking modification request is strictly subject to the cancellation policy, and/or approval from the Property, and/or the availability of the room. This may be subject to a modification fee, if any.

Restrictions

To ensure the comfort of all our guests and the surrounding area, loud music, parties or behaviour that disturbs other guests are not permitted. Accordingly, no loud voice after 10:00 pm
Strictly no pets are allowed
Strictly no durian or dragon fruit is allowed to be brought in from outside and consumed in the Hotel’s public area or guestroom.
The Hotel respectfully requests that guests do not smoke in designated non-smoking rooms/ areas. If any of the above incidents are found, a cleaning fee of RM500 will be charged.
